Checks shall be made payable to: Huntsville City Board of Education. Payments shall be made at 3015 12th Ave, Huntsville, AL 35805. You must bring a paper copy of the Buyer's Certificate in hand at time of payment and pick up. If payment is being mailed, it must be mailed to Attn: Louis Lontrell Harris, 714 Bob Wallace Avenue, Huntsville, AL 35801 (AGAIN, THIS ADDRESS IS FOR PAYMENT BY MAIL ONLY). Huntsville City Schools hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. (closed during the lunch hour). You must call to schedule your pick up BEFORE traveling to our pickup location. Call 256-929-3008 for Mr. Garrison Friend to schedule your pick up or if you have questions. You may also call Mr. Harris at 256-924-2365.

Call 256-929-3008 for Mr. Garrison Friend to make a pickup appointment or to ask specific questions BEFORE you travel to our pickup location. You may also call Mr. Harris at 256-924-2365 BEFORE you begin travel to our warehouse. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Because our offices are closed to observe certain holidays or for emergency situations, it is critical for the successful bidder to confirm an exact pickup date and time by calling our office BEFORE traveling to our pickup location. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including disassembly, packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each asset page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. You must have Buyer's Certificate in hand at time of payment and pick up (a paper copy for submission). Items must be picked up during Huntsville City School's normal operation hours of Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. (closed during the lunch hour).

3. You must call Garrison Friend, 256-929-3008 to schedule all pickups. You may also call Louis Harris, 256-924-2365. We must speak to you and provide instructions BEFORE you travel to our warehouse for pickup.
