80’ No. 35 roller chain, new.

This auction is for a box of new No. 35 roller chain. The box says 100’, but it looks like 10’ or so has been removed from the roll, so I listed it as 80’. It has not been unspooled for a precise length measurement, and it won’t be. Please see pictures.

As instructed in shipping section the City of Greenville will not provide assistance in moving/loading sold items. Please reference pictures.

Conditions of all items are "As is, Where is". Only item(s) described herein is/are included in sale regardless of what else is pictured.

The asset(s) sold under this contract is/are being sold “as is”. Historically we have welcomed on-site inspections, but during Covid-19 on-site inspection is not possible. Item pickup times are available on Fridays between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM unless other arrangements have been pre-approved. (If you wish to schedule another time, please contact at least 24 hours in advance, and receive confirmation BEFORE planning visit!)

Historically we have welcomed on-site inspection of items for sale. Due to Covid-19, however, bidders may no longer inspect the property prior to bidding. Because of this, we are trying to be more comprehensive with descriptions and photos, but we welcome questions, and will send additional pictures upon request. If you are not comfortable bidding without inspection, do not bid.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you show up without appointment, it is possible that your item(s) may not be available for pickup. A Bill of Sale must be signed and received prior to removal. That may be done via email. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided without a signed load liability release. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.City buildings are closed to the public during this Covid time. Items may be picked up from the first brick building you see as you enter the property. Do NOT enter the office just past the first brick building. No one in there has anything to do with GovDeals sales.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
