THE STATE EMBLEMS HAVE BEEN REMOVED BUT SOME IMPRESSIONS MAY STILL REMAIN. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PDF BELOW AND PICTURES FOR ADDTIONAL INFORMATION. Removal
