Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS

TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Town of Kernersville assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping.

If sending a transporter, they will need to bring: 1) Copy of your Buyer's Certificate; 2) Completed Authorization to Release Form, a signed note, or email authorizing transporter to pick up on Buyer's behalf; and 3) Photo identification matching Buyer's written authorization.

Property may be removed by appointment only. Contact Rebekah East at 336-992-5452 to schedule removal.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Merchandise will be declared forfeit, if payment is not received within 5 days business days and not removed in 10 days from the time and date auction ends.
