Questions and AnswersQuestions and Answers
Q: Removal instructions on gov deals always says " no help, no loading assistance" as does your listing, but frequently sellers will offer limited assistance for some items. A few minutes with your fork lift or bobcat can allow many more bidders to pay more.Is that possible for these pots. I would love to buy them and bring a trailer but loading them is the issue. Thanks for considering my question and thanks for your time and patience. (1/24/20 7:03 PM)
A: If you were to win this bid, when would you be available to pick up the pots (with assistance)? (1/27/20 10:32 AM)
Q: This ad says $350 each or best offer but it has a minimum bid of $ 2800 which precludes a lower offer. If this is a " or best offer" item can you remove the minimum requirement so that bidders may make a offer? The software will not allow an offer if you leave the $2800 in that box. Thanks for your attention to this matter and have a pleasant day. (1/24/20 7:09 PM)
A: The starting bid has been lowered and we are unable to offer a best offer bid. (2/10/20 2:02 PM)
Q: You will never get a bid at this price, try lowering the opening bid (2/1/20 7:42 PM)
A: Bid has been lowered (2/10/20 2:01 PM)
Q: Why are these priced so high? Any chance at lowering starting bid? (2/4/20 2:53 PM)
A: They list at $1000.00 a piece brand new (showed in the picture posted) and the person selling it is not looking to drop the minimum bid. (2/5/20 2:40 PM)
Q: Good Morning, If the starting bid is $2000.00, how do you place a bid for OBO? Are they being sold as a group? Thank You (2/5/20 11:09 AM)
A: They are being sold as a group with a minimum bid of $2000 (2/5/20 2:38 PM)
Q: I inquired as to whether or not you will be offering assistance with a forklift or some other equipment to aid in loading all these heavy monsters and you answered with a question. To be clear, are you agreeing to help with the process or not? I'm not being snarky but if I have to rent equipment and deliver a forklift it affects my math as to what constitutes a reasonable overall cost. Thanks again. (2/12/20 5:18 PM)
A: If you are to win the bid, we will load the pots but will need to know that date of pick up ahead of time to ensure we have the equipment to do so. (2/13/20 9:57 AM)
