The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is selling a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe Police SUV (5.3L 4-DR V8 16V FFV). in used condition.

It comes with keys and clean title. The unit was assigned to one person in the MWAA Police Department.

The miles are 114,469, engine hours.

It was purchased new, and placed in service on September 20, 2012.

The vehicle was received as surplus property, jump-started and driven on October 28, 2020. The center console was removed for police radio equipment, but the wiring remains visible. It appears there is duck tape holding down the rear/tailgate glass, and the vehicle requires detailing.

Removal Instructions:

Buyer must submit a copy of driver's license and the information to complete the title document to the buyer.

Titling processing may take up to 30 days.

Buyer must pick up in person. At that time, buyer will sign the Certificate of Title and Bill of Sale documents.

VEHICLE CANNOT BE REMOVED/PICKED UP UNTIL THE BUYER HAS SIGNED THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE.

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE TOWED OFF OF PREMISES PICKUP MUST OCCUR WITHIN 2-WEEKS AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE TITLE WORK. BUYER MUST PICKUP THE VEHICLE IN PERSON. A valid state issued identification is required for pickup. Property not picked up within two weeks after the completion of the title work will be declared abandoned and resold. We encourage you to pay immediately and contact seller within 48 hours of auction close.
