Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature for all questions.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance (Preferred pick-up days are Wednesday, Thursdays and Friday mornings). All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Lane County will make no shipping arrangements for the bidder. Due to insurance liability issues, no assistance can be or will be provided and buyer must bring all tools and equipment required to remove items. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

You will be denied access and will be referred back to set up an appointment. This will be at the buyers expense and will not be reimbursed by Lane County.***

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Lane County, OR makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are allowed.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

PLEASE NOTE: The Lane County Central Warehouse is located in the NW Corner of the Lane County Public Works Campus. This secured facility may only be accessed with 24-48 hour prior notice. If no such notice is received, any party wishing to access the warehouse will be advised to secure an appointment and will not be allowed entry until an appointment is made. Staff are not available during their mandated lunch break, please be cognizant of that detail. At his/her discretion the Lane County Stores Clerk may deviate from this process on a case-by-case basis.
