Group of items includes a 7' by 10' non-insulated garage door, various doors and windows. Building available for inspection upon request. Winning bidder may remove any doors or windows desired on the property during a future specified minimum three day time-frame, likely in early September. The specific time-frame for removal will be identified immediately prior to demolition of the property in conjunction with the demolition company. For security reasons, removal of any outward facing windows or doors may not take place prior to this to be determined time-frame.

No assistance in material removal will be provided and the winning bidder assumes all risk and liability of removal.
