All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30 am - 11:00 am and 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Failure to remove purchased item(s) within the specific ten (10) business day time frame will result in loss of purchase by the Buyer and the City will retain 100% of the bid payment.
