Used. Precor Treadmill 1 Precore Model # TRM 883 was purchased for use at Legacy Park Community Center and placed into service in 2011 for patron use. In October of 2018 it was removed from service. At the time all equipment on the treadmill was functioning properly for use.

Description The 833 delivers a smooth and responsive running performance, Integrated Footplant Technology (IFT) and Ground Effects Impact Control (GFX). Exceptional durability, comfort and ease-of-use. The P30 console of the 833 features easy-to-use motion controls and uses a LED-based console that focuses on the essential fitness stats. Handgrip sensors and telemetry monitor heart rate, helping users stay in an aerobic workout zone. Belt system adjusts belt velocity 1000 times per second to match natural changes in foot speed, producing a smooth, rhythmic stride and reducing jarring impact that can stress joints and cause injuries. Impact control system reduces fatigue and helps users maintain even speed; combines ideal cushioning and vital stability.

For all property sold at a different location from City Hall, buyers must make arrangements for transportation to the site of pick up. The City will not be responsible for transporting buyers to the property location site.
