Questions and AnswersQuestions and Answers
Q: Hi, I am an equipment dealer in upstate New York and would like to bid on these lights. I can provide proper credentials if needed. Also, could these be put on and secured to a pallet as the trucking companies will not pick up if they are not. Thanks, Russ (9/6/19 11:16 AM)
A: A COPY OF YOUR RETAIL SALES LICENSE WILL WORK BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY PALLETS OR A WAY TO STRAP THEM DOWN. THE LIGHT BARS ARE IN A STORAGE ROOM THAT IS IN AN ALLEY SO THE TRUCKER WOULD HAVE TO DOLLY THEM TO THE END OF THE ALLEY (ABOUT 50 FEET) AND THEN PUT THEM ON THE PALLET. (9/6/19 1:26 PM)

Q: What color are the lights? (9/15/19 5:24 PM)
A: This is the info i was able to get from our Sheriff Department. One of the lightbars is model SB8DDEE One of the lightbars is model SX4RRRR Eight of the lightbars are model SX8BBRR As for the SB8, SX4, SX8 portion, I don’t know. The four letters at the end of the model number are usually the color configuration. Usually that would mean…. D: red/clear (dual color) E: blue/clear (dual color) R: red (single color) B: blue (single color) So, the “DDEE” bar is a dual color or DUO. Each lighthead is capable of two colors depending on the switching. The “RRRR” and “BBRR” would be single color bars. The bars are highly configurable, so simply removing the plastic dome allows the end user to switch out individual modules for repair/replacement. (9/17/19 12:17 PM)
